RESERVATION - BOOKING

For reservation 30% payment is due.
Final payment is due 30 days prior occupancy.

If you decided to book apartment please e-mail or call me with yours requested dates.
We will e-mail you the invoice.
We are accepting PayPal payment (all major Credit cards) or direct bank wire transfer payment.

Minimum stay: 3 nights For stay of less than 3 nights a 30% surcharge applies.

Cancel policy:

95% of payment is refundable if cancel 30 days prior occupancy.
If cancelation is less than 30 days prior occupancy payment is non refundable, but we will work together on other dates for your vacation and this will be subject of availability.
